Refund policy

We take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of every BOXED Fitouts product. Each kit is custom-cut, inspected, and packaged with care to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect purchase, or general dissatisfaction.

However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll make it right.


Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If you notice any damage, missing parts, or manufacturing defects, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at info@boxedfitouts.com.au.

Include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the damaged or faulty item and packaging

Our team will assess the issue and, if approved, arrange a replacement, repair, or refund at no cost to you.


Returns for Defective Products

If your return is approved, we’ll provide:

  • A return shipping label, and

  • Instructions on how and where to send your package

Please note that items returned without prior authorisation will not be accepted.

Returned products must be:

  • In their original packaging,

  • Unused (other than the defect itself), and

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the outcome.
If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to complete processing.
