Processing Times

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days after payment is received. Once your order has been processed and packed, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number and courier details.

Please note that lead times may vary slightly during peak periods, public holidays, or product launches.


Shipping Rates

We offer FREE shipping Australia-wide on all BOXED Fitouts products.
Your order total at checkout already includes any shipping costs—no hidden fees.

For large or custom orders, BOXED Fitouts reserves the right to arrange delivery through a freight partner best suited to your region.


Delivery Times

Estimated delivery after dispatch:

  • QLD & NSW Metro: 2–5 business days

  • VIC & SA Metro: 3–7 business days

  • WA, NT & TAS: 7–14 business days

Remote or regional areas may take longer depending on courier schedules.


Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email containing your tracking link and carrier name.
You can monitor your delivery progress anytime until it arrives at your door.

If you haven’t received your tracking email within 7 business days, please contact us at support@boxedfitouts.com.au.


Shipping Method

All orders are shipped via reputable carriers such as Australia Post, TNT, or Allied Express, depending on your location and package size.
Deliveries are made Monday–Friday (8 AM – 6 PM) and may require a signature upon delivery unless you request “Authority to Leave.”


Damaged or Missing Shipments

If your shipment arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Email support@boxedfitouts.com.au with:

  • Photos of the damaged packaging and product

  • Your order number

  • A short description of the issue

We’ll assess the claim and arrange a replacement or resolution promptly.


Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before confirming your order.
BOXED Fitouts is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If your order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you may be responsible for redelivery costs.

At this time, BOXED Fitouts ships within Australia only.
